Battery foil is kind of material used for making current collector of lithium ion battery. It is mainly made of aluminum alloy 1235, 1060and 1070. The thickness is between 10–50mic and the regular size for pipe core is 76.2mm/152.4mm.

Quality requirement:

1. Clean, flat, and uniform color surface without obvious roll marks, pitting, pinholes, or corrosion;
2. No crease, oil, spots, bright lines, or other defects on the surface;
3. No color differences;
